🌙 We accept unpublished works only. Simultaneous submissions are fine, but please withdraw and notify us immediately if your piece is accepted elsewhere.
🌙 Please submit to no more than two genres each time, with only one piece per genre.
🌙 You’re welcome to respond to the theme of the issue, but it’s not required.

Genre Guidelines
- Nonfiction: < 6000 words
- Fiction: < 3000 words
- Translation:
- Prose < 2000 words
- Poetry < 3 pages
- Screenwriting & Playwriting < 10 pages
- *We only accept translation submissions where the translator holds the copyright to the original work! We particularly welcome translation of Chinese poetry. Please provide work in the original language along with the translation.
- Poetry: < 4 pages

What makes us special is our team: the three of us all have gone to an art school, so we understand the spiel of elitism, the institution, budgeting, isolation, Standard English, applications… Whether you are in need of a fresh pair of eyes for your personal essay, looking for long term writing partners, or are debating to go to art school, pursue a career in writing, or which film festivals to submit to, we can provide some perspectives, at the cost of two large coffees (inflation, you know). Q: Do you only accept multilingual work?
A: We accept work primarily or entirely written in English, so it doesn’t need to be multilingual. Multilingual is a mindset; you can translate from English to English.
Q: Are contributors compensated?
A: Not for the time being, unfortunately, we are working on it though! However, we do host reading events for contributors.
Q: Do I have to pay to submit?
A: No, all submissions are FREE.
